Working from my studio in the South of France, setting up my easel in surrounding vineyards at night, or in the seaside villages, my years living in France have been a truly life changing expierence.
I was able to paint in the footsteps of artists like Matisse, Degas, Derain, and Braque. Visiting their same haunts and experiencing the same light , textures, and views we have all come to equate with the impressionists and post impressionist painters.
