Dancing with the Trees
Capturing the shadows of our large Mulberry trees led me to a wonderful series of paintings called Dancing with the Trees.
When I first threw my canvas on the ground, I outlined the edges of the tree’s shadows. I then began painting the rhythm of the movement of those shadows, as the wind blew through the leaves.
